Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is testosterone converted by 5 Alpha Reductase Enzyme. DHT attaches to the androgen receptors on the hair follicles and causes an increase in hair loss by miniaturizing the hair follicle. DHT Blocker reduces the production of DHT by inhibiting the production of the enzyme 5 Alpha Reductase and prevents it from damaging the hair follicles which cause hair loss.
